How ConnectAgain membership, workshop bookings and payments work — including our 5 business day cancellation period.

Cancellation period: 5 business days

Cancellations are processed within 5 business days of your request. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count towards the 5 business days. Business days are clearly stated because weekends and UK public holidays are not counted.

1. Membership and pricing

Membership begins with one free seven-day trial per member. The trial is completely free: no payment card is needed and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Paid membership starts only when you choose a plan, at the price shown on the date you subscribe. Plans: monthly £19.99, quarterly £53.97 every 3 months (paid upfront, 10% off monthly), and founding £14.99 per month for anyone who joins up to and including 22 October 2026 (Founder checkout must be started by 23:30 UK time and completed before midnight). Founding membership is £14.99 per month (discounted from £19.99) for anyone who joins in the period up to and including 22 October 2026; standard membership is £19.99 per month.

The free introductory period does not renew automatically. Founding and standard memberships renew monthly until cancelled. The £14.99 founding rate is kept for as long as you stay a founding member.

If you cancel your £14.99 founding membership, rejoining later is at the standard £19.99 per month — the £14.99 founding rate cannot be reinstated.

2. Workshops and coaching

The six-week comeback workshop is £119.99 per person and is charged separately from membership. A place is only confirmed once payment has succeeded.

Founders workshop discount: the first two courses only are offered at 25% off, so £119.99 is reduced to £89.99 per person. From the third course onwards, places return to the standard £119.99 price.

Sessions run online for 60 minutes per week. If ConnectAgain cancels a session, an alternative date or a pro-rata refund is offered.

3. Payments

All payments are taken by Stripe on a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. ConnectAgain never sees, handles or stores your card details.

Accepted payment methods are Debit & credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link by Stripe. Wallet options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on supported devices and browsers.

If a payment fails, your membership does not start or renew and no charge is taken. You will be emailed so you can try again.

4. Cancellation period — 5 business days

Cancellations are processed within 5 business days of your request. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count towards the 5 business days.

You can cancel at any time from your account or through the Stripe billing portal. Your cancellation is logged the moment you confirm it, and it is actioned and confirmed in writing within 5 business days of that request.

Example: a cancellation confirmed on a Friday afternoon is treated as received that day, and the 5 business days run from the following Monday to the Friday after, excluding any UK public holiday in between.

Monthly membership: no further payment is taken once the cancellation is processed. Any period already paid for runs to its end date.

Founding membership: cancelling stops the monthly payments, ends your member access and releases your founding place, and rejoining is at £19.99 per month.

5. Refunds

Digital membership access begins immediately, so refunds are considered case by case within the same 5 business day window. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are always refunded in full.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe and can take a further 5 to 10 days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Community conduct

The member community is moderated. Photos and videos are checked before a member's first upload is published, and harmful, abusive or unlawful content is removed.

Repeated breaches may end membership without refund.

7. Your data and Privacy Policy

Our separate Privacy Policy describes personal information, community visibility, AI processing and your rights, and identifies privacy matters still awaiting confirmation. Privacy requests are handled manually by customerservice@connectagain.co.uk under applicable legal deadlines and exceptions.

7b. Career Workspace, Incognito Mode and account deletion

Career Workspace lets you store CVs, target companies and job applications privately. You are responsible for the content you save, and you can delete individual items at any time.

Incognito Mode keeps you private from other members. It does not make you anonymous to ConnectAgain, which keeps your registered identity to protect the community and may act on reports made about an Incognito identity.

You can ask us to delete your account by emailing customerservice@connectagain.co.uk. After we verify the request, your account and Career Workspace are deleted; payment and booking records may be kept where the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7a. AI Career Studio

The Privacy Policy explains how the AI Career Studio tools, Career Workspace and Incognito Mode handle your information. Review AI outputs for accuracy before using them.

8. Contact
