Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit or credit cards. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page — ConnectAgain never sees or stores them.

Cancelling: 5 business days

Cancellations are processed within 5 business days of your request. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Weekends and bank holidays do not count towards the 5 business days.

Membership questions

What happens after the seven-day introductory period?
Your seven-day trial is completely free — no payment card needed and nothing is charged when it ends. Choose a paid plan whenever you are ready.
What does founding membership include?
Full access to the comeback plan, challenges, community and podcast for £14.99 per month — discounted from the standard £19.99. It is a monthly membership, not a one-off payment, available to everyone who joins up to and including 22 October 2026 (Founder checkout must be started by 23:30 UK time and completed before midnight). You keep the £14.99 rate for as long as you stay a member. If you cancel, rejoining later is at the standard £19.99 monthly price — the £14.99 founding rate cannot be reinstated.
Can I keep the £14.99 rate if I cancel and come back?
No. The £14.99 founding rate is a limited offer tied to your continuous founding membership. If you cancel it, the Founder price ends and rejoining is at the standard £19.99 per month.
Are workshops and coaching included?
No — the six-week workshop and one-to-one coaching are charged separately from membership, so you only pay for what you book.

If a founding member cancels

How the £14.99 founding rate works, and what happens if you leave and want to come back.

What the £14.99 gives you
Founding membership at £14.99 per month — discounted from the standard £19.99 — for as long as you stay a member. It is a monthly membership, not a one-off payment, and it renews each month until you cancel.
What happens if you cancel it
No further monthly payments are taken, and you keep full member access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Your Founder price then ends. Because the founding offer only runs for the period up to 22 October 2026, it cannot be held open for you.
What it costs to rejoin
Rejoining is on the standard membership at £19.99 per month. The £14.99 founding rate cannot be reinstated, even while Founder Membership is still open to new members.
Where this is confirmed
The same condition is shown on the Stripe checkout page before you pay, and again in the confirmation email you receive once your founding membership is active.

In short: £14.99 a month is the founding rate, kept for as long as you stay a member. Cancel it and any future membership is £19.99 per month.
